When using images of others, you confirm you have obtained their explicit consent to create, train, and generate AI models or images based on their likeness.

Vsgram.ai reserves the right to review and monitor content, and any images found to include minors will be immediately removed, with potential reports to law enforcement as required by law.

Vsgram.ai utilizes artificial intelligence systems to produce AI-generated assets. Although we strive for originality, some assets may unintentionally resemble copyrighted material or trademarks owned by others. We respect intellectual property rights worldwide and expect our users to do the same.

You retain ownership of all assets you create using the Services, and Vsgram.ai hereby assigns all rights, title, and interest in those assets to you for personal or commercial use.
All rights not expressly granted under these Terms are reserved by Vsgram.ai. Each user must maintain a unique account and is fully responsible for all activity conducted under their account. Any violation of these Terms may result in the immediate termination of your access to the Service.
By using the Services, you grant Vsgram.ai, its successors, and assigns a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, sublicensable, royalty-free, irrevocable license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, display, distribute, and create derivative works based on the text prompts and images you input into the Services or assets created by the Service at your direction. This license allows Vsgram.ai to operate, maintain, promote, and improve the Services and comply with applicable laws.
You agree that no compensation will be provided for the submission or creation of assets, as your use of the Service is considered sufficient compensation. Furthermore, by making your assets publicly available, you grant other users of the Service a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to access, use, modify, display, and distribute your publicly shared assets, but only as enabled by the features of the Service.
This license granted to Vsgram.ai survives the termination of this Agreement for any reason.
By purchasing any services on Vsgram.ai, you agree to immediate access to the digital content as soon as the purchase is completed. As such, you expressly waive the 14-day withdrawal period, acknowledging that the right to withdraw from this purchase is not applicable.
Vsgram.ai offers only paid subscription services. You can explore our paid plans here. Our subscription plans are billed in U.S. dollars on a monthly basis and will automatically renew each month unless canceled. You may cancel your subscription at any time via the website or by contacting us at support@vsgram.ai. Please note, cancellations are not eligible for refunds or credits for any already billed or paid amounts.
Vsgram.ai reserves the right to modify its pricing at any time. If you are on a subscription plan, any pricing changes will only take effect at your next renewal.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, subscription fees (“Fees”) do not include federal, state, local, or international taxes, duties, or other similar assessments (“Taxes”). You are responsible for paying all applicable Taxes related to your purchase, and we may issue you an invoice for any outstanding Taxes. You agree to provide timely payment of such Taxes and, when necessary, furnish documentation or evidence of payment.
If any portion of your subscription Fees is overdue, we may suspend your access to the Services after providing written notice of the unpaid balance.
Additionally, you may not create multiple accounts to benefit from our Free tier. If we determine that you are not using the Free tier in good faith, Vsgram.ai reserves the right to charge standard fees or terminate your access to the Services.
Vsgram.ai may terminate your access to all or any part of the Service at any time if you fail to comply with these Terms of Use. This may result in the forfeiture and deletion of all information associated with your account. Additionally, either party may terminate the Services at any time, for any reason, with written notice.
If you wish to terminate your account, you may do so by following the instructions provided within the Service. Please note that any fees paid are non-refundable. Upon termination, all rights and licenses granted to you under this Agreement will immediately cease. However, any provisions that are intended to survive termination, such as warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability, will continue to be enforceable after termination.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Vsgram.ai, its affiliates, and their respective employees, contractors, directors, suppliers, and representatives from all liabilities, losses, claims, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, that arise from or relate to:

Vsgram.ai expressly disclaims all warranties, whether implied by a course of performance, usage of trade, or otherwise. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so these limitations may not apply to you.
